Computation For Design And Optimization (CDO), Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) Received rejection e-mail. Actually it was stuck in my junk mail for 2 days, only realized something was missing when I saw that others have posted their rejection here. Application website is not updated, it still says "Please note the review period runs approximately mid-January through mid-March and decisions are released as soon as possible on a rolling basis via email and an updated notification here."

Comparative Media Studies, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) I was expecting a rejection because this program is so competitive. It really comes down to pure luck. I feel super lucky right now.

Two years of research experience in the field of energy. One research internship at Purdue University. One co-author publication in a high-impact international journal (JPCC). Great SOP. 3 Strong LORs. Participated in Hult Prize Singapore Regionals (social entrepreneurship, theme - energy). Really thought this profile would cut it, but tough luck :'( Congratulations to the ones admitted!
