Is there anyone who got full funding at Berkeley willing to share the amount? Only received partial.

It is with regret that we write to inform you that you have not been accepted for graduate study at the University of California, Berkeley. The materials you submitted with your application have been carefully reviewed by the admissions committee, but we are unable to offer you admission. The UC Berkeley campus has a strict enrollment ceiling, and we are thus very limited in the number of new students we may admit each year. The admissions committee has the difficult task of selecting students with the strongest overall records from a large pool of well-qualified applicants. Unfortunately, this may result in not being able to accept many applicants who are capable of excellent academic work. We appreciate the interest you have shown in UC Berkeley and wish you success in achieving your academic goals.

Structural focus. Official letter to come in two weeks. Awarded funding for one semester

Accepted, fully funded graduate researcher in H/T Energy Sciences w/ stipend. Have until April 15th to accept.

I was recommended for admission from the admissions committee! Should get an official acceptance from the Graduate Division in the next couple of days.

Sad. It was noted that I was a top applicant, but the cohort is too small to accept each of the competitive applicants. This has been my dream school since high school :(

For those phd applicants who were notified by PI, have you guys received the offer from the department yet?

Received an email stating I was recommended for admission by the Bioengineering Department. Official admission email from the Graduate Division to follow. Offered Fung Excellence Scholarship.

Anyone else getting a little nervous about when we're hearing back for masters? Seems like PhD rejections are still trickling in... how often do PhD applicants get accepted for masters?

M. Eng. "Congratulations! Our admissions committee has enthusiastically recommended you for admission...". Had an interview in early February. 2 years research experience (during undergrad), transfer student at UO (in my senior year). Didn't think I would get in!
