Graduate School Admission Results

Same question as poster below (security and systems field). Anyone from the previous terms know if they do send out rejects?

To the poster who replied to my question regarding when the results will be announced - they still havent viewed my Youtube video (we can track it in the analytics section in Youtube). And now just one week left till end of feb. Do they look through all the parts of your application?

I haven't heard from CMU yet for my application for a PhD in CS (Systems Track). Can anybody say if I will be notified? Is there any chance for an admit? Does CMU notify about rejection to every applicant?
