WTF is USC doing ? I submitted application in December 1st week and still haven't heard a thing from them

To the USC poster below worried about GPA based admits - Yep it looks true that they are taking in based on GPA's. My cg is 8.98, if what you say is true then I might get good news in a few days.

For USC CS admits: Please post your profiles in notes section and date when you submitted application. Would be very helpful for us who are still waiting.

To the post who got a reject from USC and asked to check portal... STILL NO UPDATE! anyone in the same situation as me?

IIT Undergrad. Good research experience. (9.2/10).

1 paper in the field of NLP and 1 Bachelors Thesis paper submitted, 2 research internships and 2 very strong LORs, Overall a nice SOP.

I submitted my application 8th January and my decision round are 1150(Intelligent robot) and 1500(scientists and engineer). Does anyone know when these decision round number are assigned to the applicants ? (When I submitted my applications, I did not see my receipt...)

An Annenberg PhD Fellowship

The wait is killing me. What are my chances of an admit (Fall or Spring '16) from USC at this stage ? Does anyone have any Info to share regarding this ?

I applied for masters in Data science and was rejected. my application was referred to MS CS for scientist and engineers and I was given admissions. Is anyone going to attend USC MS CS for scientist and engineers? Does anyone know if it is worth it? I got into USF analytics program, but I believe that USC has a better rep.

Undergrad from IIT. Have offer from UIUC MS already so will not be going to USC, best of luck to anyone waitlisted.

Still no news! Applied for 3 programs in CS. According to last year's data they admitted a handful in May. Keeping my fingers crossed...

USC Sucks big time. After sending them a lot of emails, they replied me today that they received my application and is under review. What the hell is this? Before this, they said that my file was hard to locate so I need to send them my USC-ID and my DOB. rnI really hate USC, I can't express in words how much I hate it. rnNow I don't know when I'm going to receive my decision. But this really hurts.rnUSC you have one of the worst management system in this whole planet.
