2.9 undergrad , 4.0 masters , 2y exp , 6 conference papers ( 4 done , 2 under review ), NLP

Had an interview in February and Admitted in April with fellowship 29k

2 years of research experience. 1 submitted paper in Nature. LOR from a lab with high reputation in the field

1/20/24 - Notification of Interview request via email; 2/5/24 - Notification of waitlist status via email; 4/22/24 - Notification of acceptance via email 1 year of work as inpatient mental health worker, Senior year was a research assistant and volunteered at an underprivileged school. I know how stressful it can be waiting for responses and finding out information about these programs. I hope adding my stats helps. I feel like interviewing well and having experience helped my chances a lot. Best of luck to everyone.

no tuition fee waiver, scholarship can only cover less half of the tuition fee, no guarantee of GRA or GTA position...cant believe its a phd offer, they probably use the offer letter& scholarship as a bait.

I felt pretty confident and then the wait for the decision took forever. Pretty bummed about this.

Hi, It's 29 April but I haven't heard back from this Uni. Is anyone else still waiting for this Uni? Is there any chance?

I applied for hep-th to 11 schools, haven't heard back from Uni of Oklahoma, Riverside, and South Carolina yet. But I take them as a rejection! I'm dead.

Had an interview, and got the admission letter with a scholarship a weekend after that.

2 interviews with potential advisors in January, but never heard back from the program, even after reaching out by email. Really disrespectful :/
