Graduate School Admission Results

Ignore Status. Has anyone heard back or been accepted for this program yet? My application says its still in review, does this mean im waitlisted? ive heard back from all the other universities I've applied too except for this.

Has anyone on the waitlist received any updates or offers of admission?

But does that mean that the process is still open (or kept open, e.g. if potential candidates spontaneously decline), since no rejection notifications were sent out, or will we simply not hear back and the selection process is actually over? :D

Ignore status. Is admission cycle for the University of Kentucky over? Heard nothing from them.

Has anyone heard anything back after the April 15 deadline? Not sure why they're taking so long to move to the waitlist

We are emailing you today to give you an update on your status for admission to the Georgia Institute of Technology. Your application is currently listed as “Waitlist”. This means that you are a good candidate but that you would need to be chosen for funding by a faculty member in order to be admitted.

Hello, hope this helps. Applied Feb 1st this year. Emailed advising a month ago after the deadline to ask when they'll send decisions. They estimated another 4–6 weeks. Received offer in email exactly a month later. I'd registered for classes at another school whose program accepted me in case this one said no. I've since withdrawn and informed them of my decision to attend Valdosta this fall!

Well, 7+ months of wait and finally a rejection. No international applications has gotten an admit so far (all got rejected). Heard unofficially from a UBC International Undergrad there, that, all the domestic got their admits during March. Even herself got rejected. So, I don't know. Thanks UBC, for teaching us the most important lesson in life, patience.

No interview or open house invitation or anything. Was expecting the rejection.

2 research experience. 2 internship experience. At least 2 strong LOR. CS undergrad in one of the top CS Uni. Was like 80% sure that I would get in, but clearly I was too confident.
