Physics, Princeton University I am doing CMX. This is my only hope, so if you are not going to Princeton, may I kindly request you to decline this offer so I might get a chance to work in this field? My application has been awful this cycle, as I only applied to top schools. I did get multiple interviews, but did not get into any which is extremely frustrating.

English, University Of Virginia after weeks of radio silence I wrote to ask the DGS about the result and got a rejection a few minutes later. The same thing seemed to have happened last year. for future applicants: don't get your hopes up just because you escaped the mass rejection. Their portal doesn't seem to work very well. Stay strong everyone.

Archaeological Heritage, University Of Washington My profile didn't really fit what they were looking for. It's a new program (began in 2021 I believe) that is more focused towards preparation for CRM work than research. Also out of state. No interview. One reference was submitted late.

Computer Science, University Of California, San Diego The portal switched to the admissions portal sometime yesterday, then the acceptance letter/decision status was added to the portal around midnight. PROFILE: BA in Statistics & Economics from T50 school, no official research experience (but the honors program at my school had a few small research projects), 3 years work experience outside of field, letters of rec strong, very strong personal statement

Information Management System(MIMS), University Of California, Berkeley 4 yrs work experiences as a product designer. Had an interview with a professor and it was about my goal and work experiences. Got a phone call today!

Microbiology, University Of Washington One year of post grad full time tech work. 1 first author publication, 1 more first author and 1 co-author in preparation. 2.5 years part time research in undergrad, with 6 months full time over the summers. Said that they're only accepting 5 students this year due to lack of spaces in labs. Haven't heard great things about the odds of getting off the waitlist, so I'm not holding my breath, but I'm hoping things work out. Good luck to everyone else!

Artificial Intelligence, Rochester Institute Of Technology (RIT) No GRE, GPA: 3.56, no publications but 3 research papers, 3 internships, extremely involved on-campus during bachelors, 1 year work ex, Got a 35% scholarship from RIT. rnAccording to me, 3 strong recommendation letters, SOP and personal statement. The decision took about 3-4 weeks.
