No mention of an admitted student visit or funding in the letter.... I'm told some MS students find GRAs or GTAs, and maaaaybe a fellowship after first semester? But I'm not crossing my fingers.

To the poster below: Stanford Applied is a separate program with a separate deadline. Typically the (regular) physics department does not issue acceptances in January, so there's nothing tp be worried about at the moment.
