Recent Graduate Admission Results April 2023
Philosophy, City University Of New York (CUNY) (Ignore waitlist.) Don't know whether the application season is as brutal every year, but it seems this year's been very tough for many of us. I've applied to 23 schools, got waitlisted at 3 mid-ranked ones, accepted to 1 of those 3, and still waiting to hear from CUNY, FSU, and UC Davis. Congratulations to those of you who got their offers, good luck to those of you who are hanging there by a thread still waiting to hear back from a school, and of course wish a better season to all those who will be reapplying in the next year.

Philosophy, University of Notre Dame This was my first choice, by far. I was on the waitlist, and I recieved an email yesterday predicting that I would be accepted sometime on Saturday. Then all the applicants with outstanding offers who were planning to decline changed their minds. It's been an emotional rollercoaster of a semester, but damn, that was a brutal way for things to end. If you're going to Notre Dame in the fall, you'd better LOVE every second of the next five years, lol.
