Rejection with MA offer

From the best school of math in the country. GPA among the top 5%. No publication. No interview before receiving the offer.

PL theory: SMT solvers, program synthesis, RL I had 3 video interviews with potential advisor & co-advisor. Received an email by the potential advisor about the decision of admission.

My application is for the PhD Track in Mechanics. Had my interview today with the head of the admissions committee and another professor from the program. The invitation was sent on February 7th.

I was just chilling a few days back when I received a call from Stanford. They said, "We wanchu but your vibe was kinda off bruh idk". So I said, "What do I need to do?" and they said "You mind if we check yo vibe ?" and proceeded to ask me to meet them at a real sketchy neighborhood. I declined. A few days later, I receive another call and Surprise, Surprise! It was Stanford again, being real desperate and all to have me join them and make a shady deal. As the last ditch attempt, they said, “Do you love me?” I tell them, “Only partly. I only love my bed and my momma, I'm sorry" and disconnected the call. -420.69/10 wouldn't recommend. Hide yo kids, hide yo wives they out to get'em!

applied to DOERR School of Sustainability, study Oceanography, no GRE

Rejected by email from POI. Had an interview with POI in late January. Area is cryptography.
