(Ignore waitlist) Has anyone heard back from the school on their application? Mine still says "Application" on Quest.

I was waitlisted on Mar.3 and just heard back from Umich. They wanted to schedule a zoom meeting with me next week if I am still interested (which I definitely am). Apart from that they didn't say anything useful. Didn't mention explicitly if they are going to make an offer to me. I wonder what I should expect...

I was told I am on a wait list after inquiring about my status. I have another offer but this is among my top choices so waiting to hear back.

If you are not willing to come to WVU, please decline the offer. It would do me a world of good. Thanks

Whoever reading this, if you or anyone you know got from WFU; If you got better options, Please, I request you to decline the offer. This is my last and only option, After a lot of hard work and life difficulties, this is my last resort. One who got admits, yes you earned it, congratulations, but if you got better options please reconsider your options. Sure we all are strangers here but at least we know how hard we all did to be here, so, please.

I was interview late feb, still haven't heard a thing after mailing the dept and the PI who took my interview. Anyone with the same experience?

Ignore acceptance status - I just want to share that I declined the offer from UMich this morning. Hope someone gets in soon!

1.5 years research, part of it as a post bacc research assistant. I already pretty much knew I was out, I think some of the big schools just waited til everything was in order to send out rejections (Wisconsin being a notable exception). Better luck nexy year! (I hope :])
