Computer Science Graduate School Admission Results

no more admits i guess. all the admits were rolled out about a month back.

UMN web is updated as DECISION MADE. & a note has been provided mentioning: "Checking Your Status - please allow one business day to view your decision once your status on this page has been updated to Decision Made"

Any idea when MS CS (on campus) decisions will be rolled out?

TTPB, my mail goes: "I have applied the Computer Science (CS75) MS Program. I heard that a lot of applicants in the same program have been recommended for admission. I wonder if the program committee has sent out all the accepted decisions? My personal ID is xxx"

I applied for their PhD in Computer Science (Quantum Information) program. I was getting anxious as I had to respond to another PhD offer by April 15th. So, I mailed my POI and he responded telling me that he was willing to supervise me as masters student but not as a PhD student. At UWaterloo, a faculty member must commit to supervising a student before they can be accepted.

So finally, the bulk admission decisions are released today!

Talked to the admissions office. If you have not heard from them yet, you are essentially on a waitlist. They are waiting to hear from admitted students to see how many more spots they can give out. So please turn down the offer as soon as possible if you are not going. They will not send out any more notifications until you do!

Applying from Brazil. Graduated with honors from top engineering school in 2015. 1st in my class. Exchange program at UofT in 2013 in ECE. 4 years work experience with Machine Learning.

TTPB: Where did you find the header? Which request?I saw an iframe request but couldn't find any headers like you mentioned.

Received the mail on 31st. Could check status on SPIRE only today. Admit letter still fails to load, but status says admitted with the congratulatory message. Undergrad in Civil Engg. Undergrad college- IIT Bombay. GSoC + unicorn startup intern. Semester-long research exp. GRE 332/4.5. TOEFL 114. Overall GPA- 8.7/10. GPA in (10) CS courses- 9.4/10. ~ole
