waitlisted for Summer 2021 cohort

Mediocre undergraduate GPA from UConn, but 4.0 CSD Post-Bacc. No GRE, solid academic references, well-written essays. Non-traditional older student. Fingers crossed, top-choice.

*NOT AN INTERVIEW* I received an email this morning stating that the deadline is approaching for graduate assistantship as well as scholarships. Did anyone else receive this? I'm hoping it means I am going to get accepted lol

Has anyone heard back about funding yet? They said they would sent out the first wave by today so I am just getting nervous haha

when you got your email saying you were accepted did your application portal ever change? mine looks the same as before but I got an email saying I was accepted.

I posted here a few weeks ago! Had an interview (as he stated the spots filled fast). Just got my acceptance yesterday!

Excited I got in! I would recommend emailing them for a decision, if you're still waiting to hear back.

4.0 GPA, 2 years of ABA, NSSLHA officer, more than 280 observation hours with licensed slps, 4 solid letters of rec, hospital shadowing, reading and literacy tutor, not sure what they look for.

I received a call this afternoon to let me know. I am beyond excited!

TTPB: yes! I had my interview the week of Feb 22nd and got an email earlier today (2:57 pm CA time) saying "The Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences has completed the task of evaluating application files for the Fall 2021 Semester.... I regret to inform you that the Department cannot recommend admission to the Masters plus Speech Language Pathology Program. Your application was denied because the program is now FULL."
