Sociology Graduate School Admission Results

Hi folks, Is there any news for international students. Have you ever hear anything so far? Waiting list, Accepted, Rejected?

anyone heard anything from them?

Notified by POI over email, official acceptance letter followed including information on funding, accepted students' day, etc.

I'm very surprised to that so many people have been waitlisted, judging from the results updates. Not everyone who has been waitlisted will upload their results, so in reality, there is probably much more applicants who have been waitlisted. It makes me nervous bc idk where i am within the waitlist pool.

To the person below - I think they have all been sent out. You can ask them to be sure, update us if you do. Does anyone know how large the waiting list is and how many people were admitted? Also, please decline the offer soon if you know you won't be attending so others can have a chance to be admitted. Congrats to those who got in !

Like the other poster, I received an email from POI saying I made the shortlist of applicants to interview.

Does the University of Toronto have sent all their offers and waitlists? I guess folks who get nothing until now will be rejected in mid Feb like what they usually do in previous years. :( soooo upset.

Admitted but waitlisted for funding. I was also told that there were 4 funding packages available during my interview. This was my first time hearing from the GPD though, as opposed to the faculty I spoke with.
