Randomly checked the website and found a generic rejection. Unsurprising since we already know that they sent out acceptance and waitlist offers. Best of luck to everyone as we wait for the rest of our decisions! 1a/2r/4p

Accepted on Jan 15, turning down my offer today. Hope this opens up a seat for someone on the waitlist and makes them happy :) good luck to whoever gets the offer

Got an email to check my portal and then came the rejection. This was my top school so this hurt, congrats to those accepted. I did not submit a GRE score, 3.49 GPA, 1 full year of research experience with a tenure track professor.

Msc gpa 3.5, bsc 3.1, toefl 116. Got an email notification about a status update. Generic message... I also applied to CUNY for Sociology which I suspect is a rejection since I haven't been contacted up until now, Ohio State University - City and Regional Planning also a suspected rejection. My only hope now is on GSU Urban Studies, which I am doubtful about. I am really depressed, I feel heavy, and I wonder what I did wrong.

The faculties I mentioned in my SOP had left the department but the department never updated their website. If I knew these faculties were gone, I wouldn't have applied and wasted my money. Not surprised I got rejected.

Got an email saying there was an update and to check my portal. I was rejected and they did not list a "reason." Not a "top" student but I have an above-average GPA and one full year of research experience.

I had an interview a few days before. They didn't accept many due to Covid.

To the poster below, I'm considering rejecting my offer from U of T but only if I'm taken off the waitlists for two other programs. Hopefully that happens soon and will post here if I reject U of T. Fingers crossed!
