Hey for who's waiting and the future applicants: I received the interview invitation on Jan 17, a 15-minute interview was arranged on Jan 26 and 29 for 17 interviewees. Was told the result would come out within 10 days, good luck fellas! PS: The application thread for planning has been quite this year, has anyone heard anything from UIUC at this point?

Called Jennifer in the main office for the program. She let me know that all acceptances have been sent out. Congrats to everyone!

Emailed UMD Psychology Doctoral Program Office. They stated that my application is still under review. However, an invitation has been extended to the first round of applicants. If the review committee is not satisfied with the current round of invitees they will return to the applicant pool and select more students to interview and to be on the lookout for a possible second interview day. Otherwise, all decisions on applications will be sent out by mid-to-late-March

Interview offer for this coming Wednesday with faculty in my field.

after this interview faculty will decide whether to recommend the applicant for the next stage of consideration.
