Clinical Psychology Graduate School Admission Results

Generic email from the graduate school. Oh well, already have several interviews.

Had to call director to find out that there are no more available spots

Canadian applicant; I was one of the previous posters here [Feb 16/18] who had an interview with my first choice POI. Interview went very well, but POI emailed me a couple of days later to inform me that unfortunately there were stronger candidates (due to me having less pubs/conferences). Received an email today to check the web portal where it says "Refused". Was waitlisted for OGS funding for UOttawa, so my spot will be free for whoever's behind me! ;) I'm still hopeful for the future though, plus I got into an MA program somewhere else in the meantime! Good luck everyone!

Email from the department administrative secretary, invite to open house. They say that the open house is not an interview, as there is "no formal interview component" to the admission process.

Phone interview with POI to happen this week, told I will soon receive formal invitation for interview in February

Form letter written on January 5th, just arrived today :)

Email thanking me for my interest in the program and stating that my application was declined.
