Second time applicant - SLPA background

To the person below asking about when accepted, I interviewed and then was notified via email a week later. The committee meets every other Monday so they met Monday and I was sent my acceptance letter via email on Thursday.

I didn't post below but saw someone's post and thought I should answer. So last year they did have minimum stat requirements, this year they changed things and there aren't minimums but suggestions. They have the suggested scores to apply on their website. They use an algorithm with all of your stats and the highest composite scores get the first selection and then they use your RLs for tie breakers. I know this because I was not considered last year because I was off by 1 point for my quant score. So this year before I applied I asked a lot of questions and made sure my application would be considered. Hope this clarifies things.

Has anyone heard from either St. John's, Adelphi or Hofstra? ...or know when we will be hearing from them?

Accepted off the waitlist with a partial assistantship.

The email also said that DSP decisions will be made after general admission decisions. Waiting till I hear back from other programs before I make my decision.

I won't be accepting my wait-list spot as I've narrowed my decision to 2 programs I've been accepted to already. Good luck everyone!

Welp, that's two wait lists received today. Good thing I'm spring breaking in London and am going to choose not to give a .....

Has anyone heard from St John's? This is my top choice school and I haven't heard anything yet? Praying i'll hear something good soon.

I was accepted a few days ago and still waiting to hear back from other colleges but I am very excited! Did anyone else get accepted?

3.9 GPA in post-bacc. Non-trad. 2nd acceptance. Great intern experience and relevant work experience. low quant gre. Good luck out there peeps!
