Graduate School Admission Results

subfield: hep-ph. 4.0 undergrad GPA, now doing a master's at a top (or more confidently, best) EU program for theoretical physics, 5 research, 1 pub. Thought NYU was my safe choice lol. Already committed to a better offer, now don't bother to reject this one. This year's application is getting unbelievably tough. The suggestion for 25 applicants is to apply as much as you can

Anybody got funding from this program??

If there's anyone who has received an offer from Ohio State University but doesn't plan to attend, I would be immensely grateful if you could kindly decline your offer as soon as possible. The waitlist will only be kept until April 15th. Ohio State University is my dream school, and this opportunity could be my last chance to gain admission to a PhD program this year. Was emailed by one of the researchers because their first option fell through to see if I was still interested in joining their group. Seems I was on a waitlist as I was not previously notified of any acceptance or rejection. Already accepted another school though. Good luck to all

I received the official email on April 8th (yesterday) notifying me of my waitlist position, but had solicited the same information on April 4th.
