Official offer letter arrived.

Are all phd admits out?

Got an email saying "The USC Viterbi School of Engineering is pleased to recommend you for admission to the Computer Science Summer Start 2021 Program". On the application form, it was stated "If you are selected, are you interested in starting your MS degree in our summer term (starting May 2021) instead of our fall term?" to which I had replied "Yes". Does this mean I am selected for the fall term but could instead start early or is it just an invitation to start early without bearing of the actual Fall decision?

Has anyone heard back yet from the OB program? website says decisions start going out Feb 15
