TPB: I applied for stochastics and optimization track as well. So far heard nothing from Stanford. Does this mean an implicit reject or they are still processing the applications? Can anyone contact Stanford and see how it goes?

Received email from faculty. Offer with funding. He said the official letters will be received "soon" although I don't know how "soon" this could be. Anyone on the same boat? (Apparently this program is extremely competitive, as I was told by people who went to open house and faculty...). Good luck all!
