Computer Science, Columbia College Can’t really say, I consider my profile above average, and I have work experience from a big 4 tech company. But I took a break after the first attempt for every question and answered all questions quite convincingly.

Computer Science, Stony Brook University To the poster below which asks whether all the decisions have been given out. Looks like atleast one full round of admits has made itself out and those with no decision (myself included) are probably on the waitlist. In the meanwhile, anyone who isn't planning on going to SBU (because they have better admits) please please please reject the offer.

Computer Science, UMass To poster below asking about how & when I got notified. I was notified by email directly from the CS grad office head on March 30th in the morning (~8AM EST). There was an acceptance letter attached and I was told I would get an official one in the mail soon.

Computer Science, Columbia College Received email from an assistant professor saying he would like to be working with me on the thesis track in the midnight and received the admission this morning. Won't attend. Will go UCLA.
