  • To the poster below... I'm sorry to tell you that you've been rejected. Minnesota only changes your status in "apply yourself" in two cases. The first, you're admitted and you've already accepted the offer. Second, you're rejected. So, they'll let you know soon. I'm sorry to tell you this but I hope it helps to cut the waiting. See later years for reference.

  • Was #1 on the wait list and had almost committed to another university when I (finally) got my acceptance notification from USC. I got a TA with a modest stipend and half tuition reduction for my 1st year and a bigger stipend with full tuition coverage in my 2nd year. It's worth it to wait!

  • To the person who asked, I want to say my application was fully submitted December 22. I don't know if it helps, but I regularly checked to make sure they had all my application materials (some were sent via mail, some email), and I toured both campuses as well, since they don't perform interviews. I wanted to learn as much as I could. Good luck!
