Mental Health Counseling, City College Of New York I submitted my application on 2/1. I received an invite to interview via email on 4/2. I interviewed on 4/10 and received my acceptance during the in-person interview. I received the official letter via email on 4/12. I did 2 years of work-study during undergrad. Worked all thru undergrad. Worked in case management during post-college. I just accepted their offer!!! Best of luck to everyone! 1a/1w/5r/1p

Community Health Sciences, Drexel University Drexel strung me along for MONTHS, initially telling me I'd hear back late January, then late February, then March 15th, then the week after, etc. I had to ask for an extension from a competing school, so I was a bit flummoxed to open the portal to a rejection today. I met with multiple faculty members interested in working with me, have a long CV with over 30 papers in press, and am mid-career working in mental health. I had a 4.0 in my Master's program with a Dean's award. I suppose I can see it as a silver lining to have dodged a bullet in working with a program lacking professionalism. However, I'm still disappointed as Drexel gave me the impression that they may have a more social justice-informed approach than other schools I had been considering, with an emphasis on interrogating systems.

English, University Of Texas At Austin MA GPA- studying collective memory and rhetorics. This is the culmination of three cycles with nothing. Near unaccredited undergrad schools. This website was not conducive to stable mental health. Good luck everyone and wishing y’all the best!

Clinical Mental Health Counseling, San Francisco State University Finally got the rejection letter. I saw someone say they updated the gateway portal yesterday but i couldn't for the life of me figure out how to log in. Was expecting the rejection after seeing the waitlist and acceptance statuses last week on reddit. Heard there was a huge pool of applicants, so congratulations to those who got in!

Clinical Psychology, Fielding Graduate University Rejected post-interview. 2 MS degrees. Top rated mental health counselor in the state with 15 mental health certifications and 55+ 5 star ratings. 13 publications on human behaviour including one in Nature, a book, 16 presentations. Oh and I teach Introduction to Clinical Psychology at a local university. I am certain this is because I didn't attend the student meet and greet because I was in a major meeting (I'm in a union and they were finally welcoming me PROPERLY) into the union. Oh well they are completely overpriced anyway for a degree with a really low licensure rate.
