International Economics And Finance (MIEF), Johns Hopkins SAIS I did not meet the prerequisites of having taken intermediate micro, intermediate macro, and an econometrics course. I did have math up to Calc 3 and Linear Algebra and pretty good GRE scores. Definitely talk to admissions if you feel like you wouldn't be eligible for the program. Most of the time these prerequisites aren't as strict as they seem.

International Relations, Johns Hopkins (SAIS) Veteran coming off of active duty. Degree in Russian and Eurasian Studies from large state school. Low GPA but solid GRE, LORs, SOP. 2 foreign languages and plenty of foreign travel. Honestly shocked that I got in. Even more shocked with the $20k/yr scholarship offer.
