Human-Computer Interaction, Indiana University Bloomington Whoo!!! Sorta unexpected. I'm a psych + sociology student, 2 years programming experience, 2.5 years psych research exp, 2 internships sorta related to HCI, working on my first pubs this semester.

Clinical Psychology, University Of South Dakota 2 MS degrees (3.7, 4.0 GPAs), 12 journal articles (including one in Nature), 15 conference presentations, multiple FEMA certifications, and experience in Clinical Disaster (as both EMT and Crisis Counselor) going back 8 years pre-pandemic. Severely disappointed as this was actually my top choice Clinical Psych program. This is my 12th round, 30 applications. 2 interviews and no acceptances.

Clinical Professional Counseling, Loyola University Maryland I didn't get an email; I just randomly checked the portal today. So excited!! This decision was fast, considering the interview was this past Friday. I was also offered a fellowship!! I also got an A in every psych course except for one, and it was a psych stats class.

Social Psychology, University Of California, San Diego I received an email awhile back saying I wasn’t invited to the open house and would likely not be admitted, so not surprised. Just wanted to post so y’all know social psych notifications are coming out

Clinical Psychology, IUPUI Graduated with Bachelors in two years since I earned an Associate in high school, had research experience in two labs (cognitive and social psych labs), served as a TA for cognitive psychology and psychopathology courses, VP of my undergrad university Psi Chi chapter, and I currently hold other leadership positions at my undergrad university. I have presented research at 2 conferences, presented 2 community mental health presentations, have a publication I am revising, health related volunteer experience, and had amazing recommendation letters. I was told I was waitlisted on 1/25 and have not heard anything since.

I applied for and earned the graduate assistantship for this program, as well as an early acceptance letter.
