Economics, Texas Tech University I was accepted to there PhD programs just waiting for funding from the department. Incase someone choose Texas Tech and he want to reject them. Pls do so because we on the wait-list for funding are waiting.

Computer Science, Columbia University Dual BS Degrees in Electrical Engineering (honors program) and Mechanical Engineering. Several years of TA experience and extracurriculars. 3 years SWE experience post undergrad. Took a few classes in the Georgia Tech OMSCS program before applying. Rejected from the MSCS program after applying before the priority deadline. Opted to be considered for the Bridge if not admitted for the MSCS. Rejected read as follows: After careful evaluation of your application to the Computer Science Master of Science program for the Fall 2024 term, the Committee on Admissions at The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science regrets to inform you that your application has not been approved. You will not be considered for any additional degree programs for the Fall 2024 term. I am curious about the "You will not be considered for any additional degree programs for the Fall 2024 term" though. Is it normal to have that in the rejection letter? I wonder if my application was disqualified because some of my rec letters or my video interview were submitted a little late.

ALLIANCE FOR SOCIAL POLITICAL ETHICAL AND CULTURAL THEORY, Virginia Tech Was offered admission back in February 23rd, was on the waitlist for funding. Finally an offer with full tuition remission and stipend has arrived. Hasn't even set in fully yet. Notified via mail on 15/04/23. First cycle applicant. Grad GPA 3.6. 2 publications. 1 conference presentation. IELTS 8.5. Ending the application season with 1a/1w/1r. Best of luck to y'all! Never lose hope, an offer might just be around the corner.

Microbiology, University Of Washington One year of post grad full time tech work. 1 first author publication, 1 more first author and 1 co-author in preparation. 2.5 years part time research in undergrad, with 6 months full time over the summers. Got off the waitlist, and they told me it was the last spot.

Electrical Engineering, Georgia Institute Of Technology Has anyone hear back from Georgia Tech. I haven't hear back and my application was submitted on time. This was the response I get, anyone else in the similar boat or knows if there is a waitlist?: All completed files will receive a decision whether accepted or denied admission or *denied admission to Atlanta but referred to the international campuses (* MSECE applicants only) no later than June 1.
