To the poster below: No interviews. The Assistant Director of Admissions just sent me an e-mail congratulating me, with some further instructions and also told me that a formal admission offer letter would be coming soon. Don't know about fellowship package yet.

Asked if I would like to be considered for masters program, will not pursue. 1a/1wl/4r/10p

5.8k funding will request more depending on other offers. International with Canadian Undergrad

They asked if I would like to apply to the MA program, will be declining. 1a/4r/6p.

I see I'm the only one so far today, but I promise this is real. Fully funded. Very early in the alphabet last name. Email from Director of Graduate Studies. Submitted fairly close to deadline, I believe.
