Strong statement and LORs, Took a year detour into an education masters than dropped out because life is weird. Good luck all

Information Studies, University of Maryland Global Campus TTPB, my POIs did not mention anything regarding decisions from other schools when we interviewed, sorry! And I was told that the graduate school is in the process of working through the first round of Information Studies PhDs admissions at the moment. Im not sure if I was told early, I assume this is the week POIs are reaching out. Best of luck!

Information, University of Maryland Global Campus TTPB: Interesting! I was not notified in any conversation with POIs to report on decisions from elsewhere, and have not shared other acceptances with POIs at Maryland. I'm wondering why that would be a determining factor?

Information Studies, University of Maryland Global Campus Hello TTPB, congrats to you both! Do you know if all the POIs have sent decisions? At my interview, poi said to inform them if I hear from another school before they send out decisions, but I didn't do that. Would by any chance, this be early communication based on such info? If you can tell, that would be helpful, if not I understand. Thanks!
