Religion, Ethics, And Philosophy, Florida State University Hi all. I was accepted in early January, and was lucky enough to get nominated for a university wide fellowship. However, I haven't heard any word on the fellowship since I completed the application process, and its seems as if most of the university wide fellowships were to be decided in mid-march. Has any entering PhD Students nominated for a university fellowship heard back about results? Thanks in advance.

Religion, Vanderbilt University Response to previous post: I also haven't heard back from Vanderbilt.I gave them a call about a week ago, they said they hadn't made any final decisions. It's getting a little late in the game, especially considering they had one of the first deadlines. I'm getting pressure from other schools about making a decision. It's frustrating.

Religion Religious Studies, Cambridge College I know it is a weird question but does being considered and rejected by Gates Scholarship be a positive sign for your PhD application? like do Gates consider everyone or some applicants based on recommendation by the department?
