Philosophy, New York University Checked portal. They are doing that bioethics plug again. Pretty tasteless. To the person bellow who asked whether anyone has heard back from NYU: from my experience, the longer you wait, the more likely it is you've been added to a pretty long rejection list. But I guess there are exceptions. Lets see how many NYU rejections rack up today. Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news.

Biochemistry, New York City College of Technology, CUNY Rejected offer because a better one came along. Didn’t get the best impression during interview day. The interviewees were fine but the faculty/graduate students did not engage with us throughout the day.

Philosophy, Binghamton University, State University of New York GPA is Philosophy undergrad. Solicited Charles Goodman about contact error in my application and he let me know that they were still considering my application. Considering that they do not have an official wait-list and that I've seen several Acceptances and Rejections I'm going to mark this down as a de facto wl so thereby I believe I have sufficient grounds to mark this as 2r/1w/11p

Advanced Mechanical Engineering, Berkeley College-New York It took very long and no change on the website and no email Finally I got an email to check the status and it was a big no... I was in touch with the professors and their response was promising and rejection was completely unexpected... Wish the best for admitted students and those who still waiting...

Data Analysis And Visualization, New York City College of Technology, CUNY I applied for the June 1st deadline (last minute, I know), and saw admissions decisions on the portal. I did not receive a notification email to check the portal, I just happened to check. Very happy to accept, this was the only program I applied to!
