To the asking poster below, I was notified completion by Jan 3rd. Sorry for late response anyway -/|\- Still I got accepted to MSc programme today as posted below.

UK undergrad from Germany

Was rejected from MRes+PhD but accepted for MSc instead

50% tuition waiver. Last recommendation letter was sent a bit late on 17th Jan.

"Unfortunately, we can neither make a conditional offer for our Ph.D. program nor for a scholarship to you. We have received a very large number of applications and other candidates have fulfilled our requirements at an even higher level. The final decisions will be made in the main admission round after March 31 and you will be notified on the outcome in May. " - No love for me. :(

No funding...will decline

Oh yes !!! first acceptance in first application. International Graduate Student Entrance Scholarship (IGSES). This scholarship is valued at $4000.00 CAD. No TA/RA information yet and no tuition fee waiver information also. Lets see what's happen.

Any other applicant for SSE Economics PhD who did not receive any response so far? Apparently the bulk of decisions has already been sent out, so I am wondering whether I am implicitly waitlisted or so..

Applied 19 December and accepted 10 March. 1 year MSc Economics at LSE.

waitlisted for funding. 1a/6r/3ir/4p. GPA is grad at LSE. 2 degrees in Europe (mathematics and business). 1 year exchange at Ivy League. It arrives precisely after an entire night applying to RA positions. Do not lose your hope and keep working guys, I know it is really hard, but you can do it. Good luck!!
