Graduate School Admission Results

Was actually surprised by this as my POI told me I sounded like a great fit for the program and that my credentials fit what they were looking for. Oh well

Five rejections strong! This was certainly not a great year to apply; congrats to anyone accepted to any anthro PhD program this year!

Letter said they were impressed with me but just didn't have room this year. Honored I made it to the final round. Combined Anthro and FES.

was in class and got the email. funding will be clarified in an email in the next 48 hours. literally over the moon right now!

Received an email stating I had an application status update. Opened the portal to a generic rejection letter.

No interview, so was expecting this. Disappointed as it was my first choice :(

Applied for 13th November deadline so this comes very (!) late after the 8-10 weeks they say will take for a decision.
