Data Science, Columbia University TTPB: I actually spoke to an admissions officer before I applied and they told me not everyone who is admitted will be interviewed and the interview is on an as-needed basis. Seems like the interview is more for the people that are on the edge. So you can get accepted without having an interview.

Data Science, Columbia University TTPB: The deadline for the interview is this Friday and I haven't taken it yet. I know that last year some applicants were rejected without being invited to interviews, so maybe it is a good signal to get the interview. The email says that the interview will be more behavioral instead of technical.
