They emailed me to let me know I was accepted before my offer was formally issued, and said I would receive my official offer by early the next week.

Applicant from California. Not too bummed out since I got into my top choice. Good luck to everyone!

I posted the waitlist notice below, just curious if anyone else/ how many others are on the waitlist?

Sociocultural. Received letter via e-mail. Funding info to come within the next few weeks. Administration mentioned that things are moving a little bit slower as a result of COVID. Overwhelmed by so many feelings. Wishing those who are still waiting the very best.

Deans scholarship and offered TA position

Received Dean's Scholarship and TA Position

American-Canadian dual citizen. Saw that someone was accepted here so I checked the portal and found my acceptance too.

Domestic student. This will be by second PhD, but in a cognate field. Awaiting acceptance letter.

To poster below: I have not heard anything from UBC either and my status on the portal is still listed as "In Progress."

Has anyone still not heard from University of British Columbia? I've seen some acceptances and rejections here, but still have't heard anything either way.

Email from graduate program director. No word on funding, but did get an email the day before saying that "decisions were delayed" because they hadn't figured out their budget. GRE was waived.

To the poster below--I was interviewed by a Johns Hopkins faculty member! They told me that final admissions decisions will be made by the end of next week.

I posted the rejection below, and yes I was interviewed by faculty in early Feb.

Has anyone got an interview from Johns Hopkins?
