Really kind and welcoming email! The DGS also left a voicemail a couple hours before the email was sent, but I saw the email first.

MA + PhD program. Full funding+fellowship+TAship.

DMA, was emailed about resending official transcripts from masters program then sent a rejection email a few weeks later after spending the money to send a new one >_< Guess I'll try again next year

I just received an email from my POI that I was accepted! Official letters will come out within the next two weeks. This was one of my top choices and am very excited! Good luck to those still waiting for a response.

Sad, but what I expected...such a competitive program...

Accepted via portal update, yet to hear from DGS

Sad. Their English + rhetoric + digital media grad programs combined garnered 614 apps this year and they were only able to accept a handful.

Accepted by email, then reached out to by director of the department. Offered GTA position, 15k a year, tuition fully covered, and health care.

Was #1 on the wait list and had almost committed to another university when I (finally) got my acceptance notification from USC. I got a TA with a modest stipend and half tuition reduction for my 1st year and a bigger stipend with full tuition coverage in my 2nd year. It's worth it to wait!
