I hadn't received any update from the program. I contacted the director of the program and he told me that they are not able to offer me admission.

[NOT WL] What happened in LA?? I've never got any notifications from those schools. It means IR or IWL??

"The current state of the project proposal is not considered to be sufficiently well developed to be suitable as a PhD project for the PhD programme in Economics and Business Economics." At least they give you the reason for rejection.

Still haven't heard anything from these two programs. Anyone applied but didn't receive any results either?

Received an email asking whether still interested in receiving a funded offer. Reply to it but not receive any feedbacks. For those who have received the offer, please decline if you have better ones. Thanks a lot!

TPB: Could you please give some information on how did you get accepted on April 5th. Did you meet with one of the professors?

General rejection email

Was put on waitlist originally. They sent me an email this morning saying that I'm one of the top candidates on their waitlist and they'll probably send out offers to candidates on the waitlist on April 13/14th. They asked me if I'm still interested in their offer.

I am the person who posted the rejection early. I wasn't officially waitlisted, but I received the email saying that my case was still under review and they hope to make the decision by April 1st. My last name starts with P.

Off the waitlist. 28k, 0 tuition, 90% health care subsidy, with grading/office hour duties in year 2, 3, 4. Good chance I accept.
