Decent GPA, strong recommendation letters, no GRE, no publications. Got the notification by (postal) mail, but withdraw button is still active. I'm so super excited, congrats to everyone else who got in!

not surprised but still hurts. Had research experience, decent grades and gre, 1 publication. what can you do but move on! Good luck to everyone, and if anyone's wondering the disappearance of the withdrawal button just means your application is under review. Doesn't mean accept or reject.

Just got an email I got rejected for the ESOP and Masters scholarship. Got accepted for the MSc. but now can't attend. Sucks honestly.

Withdraw button disappeared a week ago. Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from India. Decent GPA. 8.5/10 Very Disappointed. Will hand the rejection letter on my hostel wall.

Belgian student, weighted average: 75.11% (after 2 years), took 4 extra physics and numerical analysis courses. Some research experience. Definitely make sure that the courses you’ve taken in your bachelor’s match the requirements for ETH.

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from IIT India. GPA: 8.7/10. Good recommendation letter. Very good robotics projects. Intern in Bosch and one patent. Still got rejected. Disappointed. Withdraw button disappeared on 18 Feb 2019. All the best who got selected. It was my dream university. Will post the rejection letter on my wall to get motivated.

2 research internships, top 10% in class and good extracurriculars. No research publications.

Graduated with First Class Honors in a top university in Thailand, had an internship done in the semiconductor industry, decent SOP and LORs, and went on a year exchange in Singapore. Have not heard any news about the ESOP/MSP yet.
