Graduate School Admission Results

To the Princeton CS PhD posters below, what is your research area?

If you got into Princeton CS Masters and do not plan to attend, PLEASE decline the offer ASAP so that maybe I can get off of the waitlist. You would be doing a good deed :)

Perfect GPA. 2 quality research papers in area of interest. stellar letters. What more do they want? Too choosy..

Rejected after interview

Moderate LORs, 1 publication(not top tier), 4 yrs experience in SW industry(not related to my field of interest)

Offered full funding plus stipend through TA now i am torn between princeton master and uw phd...

Can't say this was totally unexpected. Had 3 semesters of teaching experience, lots of research experience. Disappointed. (2nd reject)

For those who got accepted to the PhD program, did you just receive an email from the department only or from faculty interested in your application as well. The acceptance email said that interested faculty will contact soon but I haven't received any email. Also, did you get to know who your advisor for the first year will be?

Seemingly generic email. No mention of my POIs.

After had not received any notification from the Princeton University, I contacted the CS department via email. The CS dept replied me and told me to contact the Princeton Grad School. Later, the Grad School sent me an email that I was rejected. This is my 4th reject and I haven't get any acceptance from any university, sigh. Now I'm thinking that the other universities that I have not received any notification yet are all reject because now it is almost the end of March.
