Chemistry, Stanford University Seems to be a difficult year for inorganic. Top 10 LAC, 3.94 major gpa, 4 years research, strong letters, 1 little pub in iucr xtal data base, 2nd author Dalton, 1st author organometallics, two more (2nd author) in prep for high impact journals. Stanford seems to be the only place accepting me, weird.

(Civil) Structural Engineering, Stanford University To the person asking about fellowships, I know someone who already received financial aid. However, he also said that Stanford is giving away rolling offers. Meaning that there's still chance that you may get it. I also called admissions, and they said they're still deciding. I'm still waiting for my financial aid decisions too. Good luck to all!

Management Science And Engineering, Stanford University Keep fingers crossed guys. This is the message I see in the checklist: PhD and MS applications are being reviewed. Most PhD decisions have been made, if you have not received yours, please be patient a little longer while the faculty finish their review. No external MS decisions have been made, only internal coterminal decisions. We hope to have the external MS decisions by March 8th.

Electrical Engineering, Stanford University Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone who got into Stanford and got "departmental funding" knows exactly what that means in terms of monthly stipend, health care etc.? The other schools are much clearer about what the financial package looks like.
