Graduate School Admission Results

(ignore waitlist) In response to other poster, I personally like University of Notre Dame's CME program the most. They have great faculty and seem more dedicated to CME than the other two.

TPB: Yes, I was on the priority waitlist. I got the email at the end of last week.

All things being equal, where would you go for a Physics (CME) PhD?

If you are already accepted and you are not planning to accept their offer, pleaseee reject the offer ASAP. It is my dream university and I don't wanna lose that. Please! I have just one more day to accept or reject another offer.

Ignore Acceptance: Just now declined the offer which was made a couple weeks ago. My concentration was Analysis / PDE. hope this helps another student!

TPB: i am sorry to say but I was notified by Vickie that if you didn't receive admission or waitlist, you are rejected.

I've rejected fully funded offers (Maryland, UCLA) or taken myself off the waitlist at these programs. I've accepted an offer at UC San Diego. Good luck everyone!

I have been interviewed a week ago.

TTPB: I reached out to the program coordinator, and essentially AMSC runs an unspoken waitlist. They sent out first-round acceptances and rejections in Feb. Everyone else is on the waitlist, but they just don't explicitly say that. Admitted students have until April 15 to accept, at which point they will determine whether or not they would like to send out additional admissions. Either way, we should know at the latest by the end of April, if not closer to the 15th. Hope this helps the angst. I know I am tired of waiting too.

[Not WL] Application Status in the portal changed to "Under Grad School Review." Did anyone ever figure out what that means?

Ignore waitlist. Has anyone received admissions for MSCS? My status is still under review and I'm getting anxious.
