Hard to say no but decided on somewhere with full funding, stipend, and more focus on international development. 9a/1r.

I took a gap year and applied for some MPP programs. This is the first result I have got. And happily, it's a good one. I got the DC-track admission and was offered 15% scholarship (not too much but I guess better than nothing?). From my own experience, I think you need to express your quantitative skills for this program, but it will be okay if you are not a real geek one. You just need to prove that you have interests in this and have taken some related courses. I am now still waiting for the results of other programs to make the final decision. Hope you all who could see this can get a satisfying result, including myself=)
