Had an interview but kinda felt the fit was not perfect. I guess that was from both ends.

Didn't receive the official notification, but I am certain that my application is rejected. WHy aren't they sending out rejections...?

Thrilled to get the unofficial acceptance email! Specific funding info and official acceptance letter to follow.

Got an email to check my portal status and the funding letter came a few hours later

In case others were not aware, I have found out that Washington has no intention of accepting any PhD applicants and has not since early last fall. I have heard nothing official from Washington, and my only comfort is that my application fee was waived so I didn't give them my money. Sorry to everyone who applied.

If anyone is not accepting the offer can you please let me know?? Thank you so much!!

Ignore the status. Has anyone heard from final decision of Rutgers? Do you think it's being delayed bc of funding issues / also any thoughts on whether linguistics is immune from the current political turmoil..
