Received email to check portal. Rejected from PhD program but recommended for the MA.

Unsurprised as was not contacted for interview, but am fine with it; do not like the city of Chicago. Good luck everyone!

This is my third time applying to PhD programs and this is my first ever offer of admission! I have heard extremely positive things about this program from multiple recent graduates of it and I am thrilled to be admitted! The email letter states that they are still discussing financial support. Meanwhile, I am still waiting to hear back from the other seven programs I applied to this round. 1a/0r/0w/2i/7p. GPA is master's.

Received email with news of acceptance - yay!! Funding is still in the process of being decided.

After my interview with Michigan Friday 1/17 I received an exciting email this morning that I was accepted with full funding and merit fellowship (crying). I am in between a state of full disbelief, relief, and excitement. Thank you to all who have been so supportive! I wish everyone the best of luck and sending good vibes as I know many are waiting to hear.
