Graduate School Admission Results

Just got the official email - so incredibly excited!

My first offer. Email from Dean of the Graduate School. No interview. Worked with my PIO before.

TTPB: I had mailed Cornell regarding my transcript and they said the decisions haven't been made yet. Not sure how true that was.

I had strong letters of recommendation and some industry experience

Area: Theory. System generated mail.

Kind of ridiculous. Honestly if I had got into Princeton I would seriously consider whether to accept it or not.

I am a present grad student who has applied to Cornell and Princeton and a few others for CS Phd. There has been no mail to me from any University so far? Should I just give up on hoping grad school admit? This website gradcafe has reported almost 5-6 admits for each of my schools so far. I have not received a single Admit or a Reject. What is the hold-up?

Had interview with POI

Based on past few years, it looks like Princeton sends acceptance and rejections on the same day so looks like we may be hearing back shortly.

Top 5 ugrad school. Not much research or TA exp.

Systems and Networking area. Publications during Masters.
