Conditional offer, portal changed from in review to decision made

Received an email of a status update on the portal. Checked portal and saw rejection letter - 8 applied, 5 rejected, 2 interviews

Also applied for computational Media PhD. I assume this also means a rejection for that.

While I was doing laundry, I prayed to Jesus for a free dryer. To my surprise, I received a positive response, and I realized that Jesus must have been listening. Later, when I checked my email, I found out that I had been accepted into a program that I had previously considered junk mail. Although the program did not mention a stipend, they offered me free laundry services for the next four years, and the opportunity to lead the elevation worship in the AA. However, I am now concerned because I do not belong to the ethnicity they were looking for, and I do not support the Republican Party. I am worried that they might cancel my laundry plan at any time.

No interview

I applied for GRE waiver. I guess it reduces your chances. I have 1 patent 2 yrs of work exp.

Did not receive email/phone call, but checked portal and got denied. No interview.

GRE was not required. Had 3 published paper in international journal and 3 years of working experience. TOEFL score - 84
