International applicant.

I had to create an account to check my rejection letter. Also, it has been an extremely unpleasant experience interacting with USC. No communication since submitting the application back in November. I emailed the GDS a couple times and he only responded once. Although we understand you focus your energy and time on your preferred candidates, we paid just as much as those you wanted to come. We deserved to be treated equally.

So freaking happy!!! GPA is masters. Degree is really International Affairs, Science, and Technology, but the rest of my applications are Poli Sci/Government so it kinda fits. Email to check the portal. 1a/0w/4r/6p.

Domestic student. Not too surprised nor disappointed as they were not my first choice. International Relations sub-field. Received unofficial email. 1a/1r/0w/2p. GPA is MA.

The letter was generated by the system with a signature of the assistant graduate coordinator. Not even a committee member or DGS? This is super condescending. You may argue with me and say that Stanford is prestigious enough to snub its applicants. C'mon, this is simply RUDE.

GPA is masters. Expected the rejection but still bummer, thought I was good fit but I'm sure my GRE is not super competitive at this school.
