Graduate School Admission Results

IGNORE STATUS! I received an email saying to check the portal because my status had changed, but when I go on the portal nothing new is there. Should I be looking for something? Has this happened to anyone else?

Got an email from potential supervisor for an informal meeting and an email from Uvic for an official interview :)

Was emailed to tell me i was invited to interview and was given three days to choose from, some in person and some virtual

*ignore status* I have seen others saying they received email notification they were rejected from Denver, I still have not heard anything from them or Loyola Chicago which has also been posted, is this a good or bad sign to have heard nothing

received email that i was not included in first group of interviews but app was still under consideration; 1.5 years as CRA I followed by 1.5 years as RPC I post-bacc positions at a medical college, 3 published articles, 1 national oral presentation, 1 national poster presentation, 3 poster/oral presentation abstract co-authorships, 1 regional oral presentation

IGNORE STATUS: has anyone heard from UWM yet? The website says the interviews are this week but I haven't heard of anyone getting an invitation.

Got an email saying the cycle is closed. Emailed back for clarification and admission counselor said it was b/c my app was incomplete (only got 2/3 letters of recc). Confused b/c same person confirmed through email they received all 3 letters prior to deadline, but that it was an error on his end and I wouldn't be considered for this cycle. So pissed

randomly checked the portal to see a 'deny'. had contacted admissions multiple times inquiring the status, each time they ignored. i'm from detroit and have a familial connections to wsu so it's disappointing that this is the decency they give to those involved in their community. good luck!

Email to check portal

interviewed by mid dec with PI, then second round interview with another prof from the department. Rejected by email from PI on 1/2. The PI decided to give up accepting any students in this admission cycle.
