To the posters below, I sent emails to some of the professors and one replied back to me saying that his lab has one spot and already have 2 admitted students interested in his lab. He asked me if I want to be in the waitlist first and see how it works, so I said yes. He also encouraged me to contact some other prof as well. But did not get reply back from any other prof. |

For anyone in MSE/Bioengineering-PhD :- I received my acceptance from the home department (MSE) on 7th via e-mail. Actually, I sent them a mail inquiring about the tentative deadline and they sent me the acceptance letter in reply. I am still waiting for the Graduate Admissions Office to send me the final acceptance letter. Could anyone tell me how long it would take since I will also need to contact my possible supervisors? |
