Graduate School Admission Results

For those wondering, I contacted the department, and they mentioned that applications are under review.

Logged onto the application portal and reached a screen stating my admittance. The admit letter is not available for me to click on

Area: theory -- had an informal interview with a POI 2 weeks ago

Found decision letter on Portal. GRE Q:162 V: 152 GPA: 3.7, 1 Paper

Same here. Status is still "applied". Don't know if I'm good enough to not get a reject yet, or so bad that I don't even deserve a master's offer...

Is there any watsapp group or facebook page for the admitted students for Fall 2016? If so, can someone share the details.

Gold medalist, 2 publications, 2 research internships(relevent field), al lot of volunteer work and extra curricular activities.

Apply to PhD program. Get no news at all and find the report below which said that the result was on the website. And I unexpectedly got the MS admission. Still wait for Columbia/Austin CS ad (also transferred from PhD). If I do get into these programs, I will decline the ad as soon as possible. Two more weeks for the terminate of all the suffocating waiting. Wish all the best for everyone!

Offered assistantship (32k + benefits) in databases & ML. No previous research experience in DB, but extensive in applied ML. Super happy!

Has anyone heard from Isenberg School of Management after interviews?

Just check the SPIRE and found the "Decision Letter" on the top page, saying "your application for admission to the Graduate School at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have carefully evaluated all your supporting credentials. I regret to inform you, however, that they were unable to recommend your admission ". I already knew since I saw many of you guys already report an admission letters here. Good luck everyone who got in!

Very nice email sent out today by DGS. Quite a reasonable funding package offered an invitation to open house.

Need to respond by April 15th. I will wait for better offers.
