Graduate School Admission Results

Recieved an email saying I had been recommended for admission!!

A stipend of $22,959 per year (first two years). No GRE

Accepted with full funding. Did not interview.

Notified via email and did not receive interview request in the previous week from Maryland. Grad GPA is roughly 3.7 US equivalent

I was assuming it was an IR since I had not gotten any interview request. Will decline other offers as soon as I check on details of the funding. Let's stay strong and hopeful everybody!

Well anyway I went down to the Grate Hall. There all da walls were painted black and da tables were black too. But you fould see that there was pink pant underneath the black pant. And there were pastors of poser bands everywhere, like Ashlee Simpson and the Backstreet Boys.

full funding, spoke with both professors. really excited about this one!

Received e-mail. Program was strange, lots of racist/inappropriate behavior the grad students spoke about. Also feeling real weird about their “DEI” which felt fake and exploitative, and the faculty are not in line with student needs. White students also felt separated from BIPOC. All around strange. Good luck folks

Did not submit GRE results. Architecture background. 2 year design experience. No UX exp. I'm done with my anxiety hitting the roof!

I did not take the GRE, I am a domestic student. I had a really strong portfolio and LORs. Got an email at 3:16AM saying my admission decision had been rendered and to check the portal.

Ignore waitlisted. There will be ADDITIONAL offer coming at the end of March. Graduate Program has been sending email regarding encouraging "nonbinding status report" (not official declaration, but letting the school know applicant's interest) between March 7-March 21, so that they can "make additional offers to talented students toward the end of the admissions cycle". If you haven't heard from them, don't lose your hope! And for those accepted, we should notify the school of our plans between those days!
